To Do list with GPS capabilities

Im looking for a program that you can list things to do and it will remind you of the specific tasks when you reach that area. like say you need to remeber the feed your dog when you get home, the phone would recognize you where home and it would remind you. Ive looked everywhere but it doesnt seem to exist. any suggestions???
