Tengo sucks......

On 1/5 I sent Tengo $10 (using Paypal) for a reg code for their Thumb keyboard. I am STILL waiting for them to respond with the reg info that I paid for. They have ignored repeated emails etc etc

It's not that big a deal to me, the money isn't enough to worry about but I figured I would warn other potential buyers away.

I had downloaded & installed the Tengo Thumb KB & decided I liked it enough to keep it. I have been continuosly A/Bing it with Touchpal using T+ since I installed it & even though I definitely prefer TouchPal in every possible way, I like to have other options to play with at times. The Tengo KB is a time limited demo that is going to expire soon & stop working & it looks like I will have to dump it at that point (or find another way to register it, which I should NOT have to do after legally paying for it)

that sux, glad to see you stick up for yourself. i understand its not the money but the principal. hope word gets back to them. this site is very powerfull and hope this bad press reaches them. thanx for the heads up.
