Neat little app.  All it does it puts a BT Icon in the 
lower system tray.  If BT is enabled it's the logo, if it's disabled it's crossed out.  Great visual notification for BT.
Simply install the .cab file (
BTIcon).  Ignore the "it might not be compatible with your device" warning.
Now, under \windows you'll see BTicon.exe.  Double click and you're all set.  Not sure if it auto-starts with the system, if not just copy a shortcut .lnk to \windows\startup and your set.

How to enable BT via Hardware Key
Haven't done this myself as I use AE Button Plus to activate BT, anways download and install 
CicleBT below and you should be able to configure your BT to a hardware/software key.
