PocketGear.com, anybody use them??

I paid to register the Tengo Thumb KB with these guys three days ago. It said on their site that I would get the reg info/code within 24 hours but I haven't received it. I got an email from them stating they had received the pmt & the reg info would be coming in a separate email.

I have a trial version of the software which is counting down to an expire date. It's not that big a deal, it's only $10 & I decided I like Touchpal better anyway but I still want to get what I paid for.............

I emailed them today, but got no response.

Try this. Add their email contact to your address book in your phone or where ever you gave them your email addy. I had to do that with two websites I bought programs from. Try that and see if it works.

Yeah, I once bought an app through PocketGear. Found the key in an email that got diverted to bulk (i.e. spam) folder! Used to regularly dump spam without even looking, but can't afford to do so ever since that incident.

I've never used it before. If I'm going to buy an app I'll check to see if its offered on the developers site first.
