Email notification "quiet time"

Most of the search hits dealt with push mail, so...

Is there a way or a program to set a quiet time for email notification in WinMO 6.1? I don't need to know I have a newsletter delivered at 3:00 AM! I only see an on or off function in notifications. Free solutions are best but I'm open to cheap.
If push mail is the only or best solution, what's working for you?

I'm on Alltel with a HTC Touch.

Thanks!

You could use SPBPhoneSuite and create profiles for your phone. Like having your phone auto change to silient from 10pm to 7am.

+1 for PhoneSuite. I've used it for about a year. Profiles are easy to set it. It can also show missed calls, emails, sms, etc.

late,
Coz

Re: Email notification "quiet time"

Thanks for the info! I forgot about them. SBSH also has Phone Weaver that does profiles. I'll have to compare the two. I'll have to figure out if I want to do that or switch to push with quiet times.

Don't forget about PhoneAlarm. Check it out at http://www.pocketmax.net/phoneAlarm.html The support is second to none and the app is extensively skinnable.
