Re: Piracy, warez and You.

any developer or application that is really worth the cash will get my donation or purchase for sure, but anyone trying to make an easy buck on crappy software or overprice something that i can find elsewhere for a better deal (or freeware mind you) wont see a buck out of me

im with the above statements

Besides, Apple isnt killing WinMo..... Microsoft is killing winmo, lets be blunt here. Lack of real updates, bugginess, severely outdated OS, ugly scrollbars..... cmon

If ever, Apple has a shot of saving Winmo if Microsoft learns from the competition and actually does something about it

Re: Piracy, warez and You.

agreed with above statements, if they would make their apps least expensive they would reduced the piracy tremendously, but all in all there will always be people who make warez because of the enjoyment of reverse engineering or helping out others who don't have the money for the apps.

example look what happened to wmwifirouter they gave in and started charging for something they were providing free before. version 0.91 works fine and its free so i will stick with that.

I agree with this fully. I dont use many programs, but the ones i really use i have paid for or donated to the developer after trying it, of course.

i agree 100%. if developers wouldnt charge so much for a app that is soooo simple, maybe it would workout. Unfortunately, the truth of the matter is that if you look hard enough you can find the same app for peanuts or free. agree with DASH.

I'm sorry, but its just sad..

u know I always got ur back Dash...lol, I agree with what Dash said bout this guy I have just quoted...lol...anyone else think this dude's avatar picture which I assume is him, looks like "Joe the Plumber." LMAO
