Re: SKTools vs MemMaid
I use them both every time I set up a new rom, they do a few things simmilarly, however they are definitly different and have different strengths. If I had to pick only one it would be the new memaid, if you asked me a month ago (last version) I would've said sk...
Both have trial versions memaid is a full ver for 30 days, sk is unlimited time but only shows 6 results per test. Those trials will get you pretty far... |

Re: SKTools vs MemMaid
I see that SKTools has a build in backup feature. Has anyone used and relied on this? I currently use Sprite Backup but if SKTolls has this I could delete Sprite.

Re: SKTools vs MemMaid
I may have to give SK another try. I remember a couple years ago using it on my 700wx and a lot of the tweaks were knows to 'disrupt' normal operations, so I went to Memmaid and haven't looked back since. I have found memmaid to be pretty complete in it's functions, and even released a more finger-friendly version lately!!
I'll give SK Tools another look, but for now, my vote is for Memmaid!!! |

Re: SKTools vs MemMaid
I use both. I like the ease of using MemMaid (e.g, quick clean features, etc.) and SKTools offers some nice system tweaks.
It's really the difference between spaghetti and lasagna. While they both are essentially the same...they are just different enough. late, Coz
