This is amazing.......and I want it......
Does anyone know if this is a app or a registry tweak?
Better question....where can I get it?

uses cam to display background....as cam moves so does you background
but still able to move through tabs........

Yea, I actually had that WebCamPlus app installed, and noticed this by accident. I ended up uninstalling the app, but the camera is visible only on black backgrounds.

Thats freaking awesome! It seems everyone at xda seems to think its a fake. Haven't installed that app so can't say what exactly that does. If anyone has please let us know.

It does work when you actually close the program (weird). But the program is soooo..... ..

.... soo slow when changing settings. sooooo slow.

I've tried this but can't get it to work. Is there a setting that I have to change in order to get it to work?
