TF2D Help Please

I have an HTC Touch aka Vogue. I am new at this ppc stuff as this is my first phone that I could do anything cool to. I am trying to install TF2D v21 and I keep getting an error message "INSTALLATION WAS UNSUCCESFUL. THE PROGRAM OR SETTINGS CANNOT BE INSTALLED BECAUSE IT DOES NOT HAVE SUFFICIENT SYSTEM PERMISSIONS." Any ideas? Do I need to install a custom ROM?

Sorry if I am incoorect on assuming this, but are those not just skins? I still need to install manilla 2d first don't I ??

I think I am talking about the wrong thing. I am trying to install Manila 2d on my phone. Is this a ROM? or a program? Sorry about that, like I said I'm a noob at this.

did you install the other files that go with it? im looking at update 21 and thats just the M2D file but there are more that go with it. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=398173

if you read update 21 it tells you only that file so did you load the others? the M2D is to be the last thing you load you have to load the other itmes 1st like

maps/the manager/ audio manager/ the album one?

Touch Flo 2D is a program... You can go here to download it... Afterwards, go here to customize it... Good luck!
