Because it's a manual install, you have to create your own shortcut. Just click and hold on the .exe and select copy from the menu. Then navigate to your Programs folder in Windows (Windows\Start Menu\Programs), click and hold on the blank space in the bottom of the folder and select Paste Shortcut from the file menu. Your done!

What am I misunderstanding, here? I followed the link on the first post and found a .CAB. I installed the .CAB and it seems to work fine. I just need to learn how to configure my location.

I like it....works well

I set mine up to work with skyfire and fastpricecheck.com

I entered this in the settings.txt file:

RUN=\Program Files\Skyfire\Skyfire.exe
RUNARGS=http://www.fastpricecheck.com/GetData/HTML/!###!

also just a side note that you will want to go into whatever folder you placed the barcorama application and periodically delete the bar code images because it saves every one you take.
