I would check your home network first, make sure all of you data is getting out from your router, make sure port forwarding is set up correctly and everything of that sort. If all else fails, you can try a hard reset, but I am thinking it is a network issue more than a "hard reset needed" issue.

I tried a hard reset and it still cuts out at 3 minutes.
I tried hooking up through using Wifi and it works flawlessly! Sprint reprovisioned the phone and it seemed to work ok but then as soon as I hung up it disconnected again. I went through the router port fowarding and everything is setup for remote viewing. Any ideas? Thanks |
