Angry Slingplayer "Weak Signal. Cannot continue streaming"?

I'm trying to Sling using my Touch Pro on Sprint. It comes back every 2-3 minutes with that stupid error message.

I have 768upload at my house, and my phone is streaming at about 350kb/s and then freezes with no warning. 10 secs later I get the stupid error message.

Sling support told me to call sprint and ask if I could stream video. I'm pretty sure I can.

This has been happening all over on several different cities' networks. All on 3g with good signal.

You think it's time for a hard reset? Any help is appreciated. I give thanks, especially on Thanksgiving!

I used my SlingPlayer on my Diamond yesterday for a good 45 minutes watching the ballgame....
I would check your home network first, make sure all of you data is getting out from your router, make sure port forwarding is set up correctly and everything of that sort.

If all else fails, you can try a hard reset, but I am thinking it is a network issue more than a "hard reset needed" issue.

Re: Slingplayer "Weak Signal. Cannot continue streaming"?

I tried a hard reset and it still cuts out at 3 minutes.

I tried hooking up through using Wifi and it works flawlessly!

Sprint reprovisioned the phone and it seemed to work ok but then as soon as I hung up it disconnected again.

I went through the router port fowarding and everything is setup for remote viewing. Any ideas?

Thanks
