Problems with isecretary4.6

Hi friends...
i installed isecretary4.6 on my HTC TOUCH. but it doesnt work correctly...
the caller cant hear welcome message....it also turn the speaker on and everyone can hear the caller voice and my welcome message from my cellphone...
i havnt install the microsoft frame work yet...is it because of that????
please help me to configure this program....i really need answering machine on my phone....
