Ok here you go. Also follow the directions I posted in that thread to get it working properly. Its not hard at all.

Ok, I have figured it out. It seems after installing the TC_Bar Drink Guide.ppc.cab it puts the database file (TC_Bar Drink Guide.PDB) in program files>Town Compass>Products. It actually needs to be in the root directory of your storage card. What I had to do was remove the storage card then run the Data Viewer then put the storage card back in and hit refresh in Data Viewer. Ever since then its worked flawlessly. Thanks for the app its great.

I hope this helps anyone thats having issues.
