Question on Spb2.1

K guys...dunno if this is the right place to pose this question..so pardon me.

Today...1st time...I installed the 2.1 spb pack onto my HTC Touch. All went well. I also installed a bunch of stuff alongwith it to optimize the performance..like SKtools...Performance manager..etc. All fine.

Loved the look and feel. And before i realized...it started blinking a lot. Like too many processes were running or something. Went to task manager...killed active sync (which was the only 1 running). Then before I cld go download the nicer themes like Diamond etc...I lost patience...as it was too slow and being tasked by a zillion processes. Like I clicked on the weather icon..and bef i cld select the city...bam ..keybrd wld pop up...again and again..windows flashing etc. So i uninstalled it. Back to standard HTC interface.

Yes...I hardbooted / soft-reset atleast 100 times between each step too.

Pls guide me. It is my 1st time. I went thru the posts but didnt find any valuable tips to go thru the process smoothly.

Thanks a lot.

I had installed spb2.1 alongwith a bunch of other tools in the same package ..like spb pocket plus...sktools....taskflowmanager....I uninstalled all except the spb2.1 and it works fine now.
