iLauncher vs. SPB Plus

So I've been a user of SPB Plus ever since I got my XV6700 last year. I recently stumbled upon iLauncher. I've been thinking of switching to iLauncher since I read it has a smaller memory footprint than SPB (what a memory hog ). I originally went for SPB because of the other additions to the program beyond a quick launcher (eg. upgraded file explorer). However, I've also recently started using Resco Explorer which makes the upgrade to SPB totally obsolete. I was wondering what the community thinks about either program. I've personally tried both, but I was curious of what others think.

I really like iLauncher. The newest version includes a task manger that I just love, with an included screan capture & soft reset app. I tried most of SPB's products when I had my 6700, but found them to be memory hogs like you have with plus.

I really dig iLauncher. I tried Plus, but utlimately I missed using iLauncher. I have the task manager mapped to a soft key and I use it all the time.

+1

If you read all my posts about iLauncher you'll see that I have nothing but good things to say about it. It just works...

And as said above, the task manager works flawlessly and is customizable, the screenshot and soft reset function are awesome, and the customization of the application is just unreal.

Right on. You stated it much better than I did.

Add me to the ILauncher group. SBSH support is the best. Program works great, and you're right SPB is a hog!

I made the switch and after a day I'm already happier with this program. It's must faster and far more feature rich than SPB+!

When you can, head over to the SBSH forums. There are many resources available for both QVGA and VGA devices.
