Sprint PictureMail out for 800w

I'm trying it right now. Hopefully I'll have better luck. I installed it just fine. Had to go to the picture and select 'Send Picture Mail'. I didnt see picture mail as an account in pOutlook. I'll upload more pics as soon as I can. Im doing this from my 800w so bare with me.

Below are the options you have to upload photos to. Directly below is the "About" details.


To actually send a pic you have to go to the pic and select it through 'Menu'. If you hit the left softkey 'Send' it'll open up pOutlook. Selecting 'Post To Service' will bring up the 'Upload Destination' screen seen below.


Unfortunately this is STILL what it looks like when receiving pics. BUMMER!!!

Sprint officially releases Picture Mail for windows mobile
Sprint has FINALLY released a picture mail update for their windows mobile phones. Go to softwarestore.sprint.com/wap from your phone's browser then free/demo then picture mail.

Am on my 700wx and the only apps listed are "NFL Mobile" and "ScanLife-Barcode Scanner".

I can download NFL Mobile, but it won't activate (something about it not being compatible, blah, blah, blah). So yeah...not NFL Mobile and no Pic Mail. Good thing I have PocketSportsCenter and sMMS.

Sounds like Coz needs a DONATE button so we can get him out of that 700wx and into a new piece of hardware!

More on topic, I installed it on my wife's Touch, and it gives me a popup that say's picturemail not supported p3050, and then another window that says "Picture Mail credentials could not be read (2). Verify that your wireless connection is available." Not surprisingly, sprint tech support was of little assistance...

Or, on your 800w just use the sprint software store app. A little faster and you dont have to type anything.

WHOOOT!! yup, it showed for me on my mogul w/ kitchen rom! nice, I was getting worried it would only be on the diamond class phones.., as I wasn't brave enough to try the verisign one I downloaded early..
