Brightness app from HTC Home

I have used HTC Home 6 tab and there is an app that when tapped, it changes the brightness in about 25% increments. I would like to be able to put this app into another today plugin but I have searched high and low to no avail....
Is it available?
There must be a file somewhere that handles this... But I can't seem to locate it...

I did find a file that does EXACTLY what I wanted.... It cycles thru different brightness levels....

That app I posted is pretty cool actually. You can click the app in your start menu & it pops up a cool little graphic on your start screen. You can then use the R/L on the D-Pad to adjust the brightness up/down. When you have it set where you want, you just X it off the screen.

You can also set it as a permanent home screen plug-in so it runs at the top of the screen at all times if you want.
