GekoNewCal - finger friendly calendar replacement

Found this new calendar app, looks hot! Give it a try... file uploaded below...

GekoNewCal
Summary: Finger friendly appointment application for windows mobile pda phones

Requirements:
Windows Mobile Pocket PC 5 , 6 , 6.1

Arrived: Today !

» GekoNewCal Description

v2.0.2

This little application allows you to quickly type a new appointment without using the stylus. It's a finger-friendly tool, very simple and easy to use.

For my job this tool is very useful, I hope will be the same for you too!

More information you can find at this forum post.

Note

In order to get the application working in English mode (or other language) you should explore the folder you have installed app to, and rename file "en_settings.txt" to "settings.txt" (replace default file). Close application and restart. (Same for the other language files)

Re: GekoNewCal - finger friendly calendar replacement

I know alot of chefs have there own icon sets for thing like the program menus and setting and things. I also no that the settings for these are linked by an "icon.lnk" file to a dll file in the windows directory. I need help trying to edit these icon's, Whether it is through the dll file or there is another round about way.pull the exe file off your device. then load it into icon changer. change the icon then put it back on your device overwriting the old one. this will change the physical icon of that program. have used it several times and it works great.

Hi guys,
it's available the new release of GekoNewCal 3.0, that includes a kinetic picker to set date (like iPhone), categories and invitation of colleagues/friends over special SMS.

I'm using it and it's very useful and funny. Geko team as also launched a new website www.gekonewmobile.com
