PC Contact manager/Editor?

Is there a contact manager/editor program that you can use on your PC to be able to edit your contacts?

What I'm really looking for is something to batch convert all contacts to First name, Last name format and for editing information and syncing it back to a WM6 phone.

Its a little program you can run on your phone that will change all of your contacts, without the PC involved..

No prob. Been there before, I hate using various CM programs, as I like the default contact manager. Just was a pain in the arse to have to deal with a default of file as last,first...
