Is this program really using the internet to make calls? I noticed if I call a phone my network indicator switches from EVDO to 1X just like it does when I make a normal call. I think this program only allows VoIP calls when calling online users, like someone logged in on skype. It would be cool if you could make skype-out calls, so I could call international phones.

what i know is...if u connect to contacts from "nimbuzz" "skype" "msn" "google talk", it will use internet to place calls. If u import contacts from ur phone book (local tel numbers), it will treat it as a normal call.

You will see the difference if u try calling that default contact "helpbot"..click on it and select "call".
