when i uninstall palringo and then reboot i get the message 'palringo.exe could not launch ' it says something to the effect that all of its components are not installed and try reinstalling the program....i searched for the file palringo.exe but couldnt find it anywhere. and when i reinstalled palringo after that it still did not save my log in nor did it automatically log me in when i restarted the phone. its like it tries to launch upon restarting because i see the small palringo symbol in the bottom right corner before touchflo 3d fully loads but when it finishes palringo isnt already open or logged in. any clue about the palringo.exe issue maybe that may be the issue. its frustrating because i had it working properly months ago and have never been able to work like that since

does it take a while to get the download link?? i have been waiting for it. and also can someone tell me how close this is to the push to talk feature i had on nextel. one more questions will this work on my sons metro pcs???

i actually received the download link from the site i ended up just downloading a cab of it here. i dont know how people where gettin a download link. i like the push to talk feature the default im sound on palringo sounds kinda close to the nextel chirp actually lol. ive yet to receive a message with the voice chat yet so i cant fully answer that part of your question but the alert for new messages is loud like the chirp nextel uses

Just download off the site, i dont think the link is actually sent (correct me if i'm wrong)

As far as working on a Metro PCS phone....as long as the phone can run the app, it should work just fine. Meaning, if their phone is a WinMo phone, you will be just fine.

Is anyone using this with the AT&T Tilt? is there a way to map it to the PTT button on a Tilt?

I might have missunderstood you, but it sounds like its still in your startup folder. THe samething recently happened to me. I had to go windows/start up folder and delete the palringo icon. After that when i start my phone again it doenst appear. Hopefully this helps

i still think this is junk because with slick or any other messanging program when I close the windows it erases the convication. until they fix this i'll never use it.

I think he's trying to say that when you hit "close" on your current conversation, eraces it, then you loose track of whatever was you writting.

Sounded like he was pissed that it DIDN'T erase it...

and he's so pissed that when he came here to voice his opinion, he was so riled up that he didn't even make sense...

That's all I can think of...
