Nope... literally no caller id is recieved when you see that, meaning the caller blockked caller id. Just don't answer restricted callers...

Send a message via AIM to eTiger13 Send a message via Yahoo to eTiger13
if it is happening repeatedly, you can file a police report and then give that to sprint and they can give you the number i believe.

Ralphizzle,

Check out MagiCall or one of the call filtering programs available. MagiCall works great for restricted numbers, as you can set your PPC phone to just hang up on all calls with no number, lol... or push the call directly to your voice mail without ringing etc... It's great for hanging up on spam callers like Sprint and Nextel as well, hehehe...

Also, if you want to stop the spam and unknown callers from getting through your land-line, Interceptor ID works well. You can set it block specific numbers and or unknown callers, or forward the call to your fax, lol..., or to forward the call to an old caller ID unit that plays the message " this number does not accept blocked calls". Moreover, if you add your numbers to the fed do not call list, you can cut down on the junk calls even further.

Hope this helps...

Best to all,
R

sheureka, I am so out of the know. I know this is easy to on almost all of the phones, but I could not figure out how to do it on the PPC. Could you please tell me how you did this? Thanks.

Can you provide a link to this Magicall software? I have never heard of this but I really want to find this. What I really want is to know who is calling, because if my parents uses their home number or my aunt uses her home number to call me I won't know it is them unless I answer the call. I wish Sprint would use the same techonology that landlines use where in order to call another landline that has Anonymous call rejection on their line your first must unblock your number. Anytime I attempt to call my parents from my work number I have to do it.
