Re: Add haptic/vibration feedback on ur phone Get it here!

Well, I did finally get this app to work after some reg editing etc.

I do find it a little inconsistent, one press will give a long insistent buzz & the next will be milder. It certainly slows down fast texting (even with the duration set to 1ms), but I guess that's to be expected.

One thing I finally realized is that it doesn't work at all with my two all time favorite SIP's (SPB Full ScreenKB & Resco Pro). I'm wondering if it is because both of these KB's make a sound when you hit each key??

Has anyone managed to get this app work with either of these KB's??

This is the one that has no file but just reg edits. it has 24 reg edits just to do the vibration on the KB. I tell u, U don't wanna mess around with the registry that much.it will give U a lot of problems and conficts with other apps.

I don't use a lot of other apps, but I always make backups and worse case scenario, I can just hard-reset it. No sweat.

It's just a computer, bro...

Yeah. but I think we both agree to minimize the risk especially if we know how right?

Exactly. I use SPB Backup (I also own Sprite, but never use it anymore)& before I install ANY new app I make a current BU. That way, when it doesn't work right/freezes solid etc etc etc it is no big deal at all to hard reset & restore the BU.

It is just a computer, I've done the same thing for years using Ghost to BU my computers so they could be easily restored after a new app/game etc messed them all up.

Re: Add haptic/vibration feedback on ur phone Get it here!

not bad, i'm using it only when the SIP is active.

i find it's pretty consistent when txting, but i think the combination w/smartdialer looking up contacts may cause the inconsistency when used w/the phone. its not inconsistent enough for me to delete the prog. though.

thanks jethro!
