Re: Add haptic/vibration feedback on ur phone Get it here!

I don't get any vibration using resco keyboard. I like this program, would be great if worked with resco. Any ideas?

Just installed on my Touch and it is working good. I use Touchpal 3.5 and so far so good.

U can try on the config to always vibrate. Or U can change the sip and put resco as default.

Re: Add haptic/vibration feedback on ur phone Get it here!

I am glad that it worked for U guys and also for not getting discouraged by the earlier post of some detractor. Iam also glad that something like this can help one of our brother that has difficulty hearing. It really makes me happy. I just hope U guys didn't forget to hit that T button on the botton right corner of the post.

Re: Add haptic/vibration feedback on ur phone Get it here!

Actually this program has been posted before. Also 1.4 is an older version, the current version is 1.5.

As for the error, if you set it to start with Windows you must uncheck that option before uninstalling to avoid that.

Re: Add haptic/vibration feedback on ur phone Get it here!

Since it was an older version that was posted, I decided to try the 1.5 version & it works better but I still have some of the problems that other posters have noticed.

Even when I have the vibration set to the lowest interval, it still slows down fast sms input (running with 16-17 Mb of free memory) & as another poster noted it doesn't appear to work at all with Resco (my favorite KB) Maybe somebody knows how to get around this??

It seems to lag slightly at times on sms input where the vibration is slightly behind the actual key press. When this happens, it won't allow the next letter to enter until the vibration stops from the previous key press. I also notice at times that if I really fly when texting, it will actually turn into one long continuous vibration & not stop at all until the text is complete.

This app definitely shows a lot of promise & I realize how tough it is to ever get ANY app to work correctly on all the different hardware setups there are out there. I assume there will be new versions coming along & I will try them as they are released as I would really like to get this working in my Titan.

Re: Add haptic/vibration feedback on ur phone Get it here!

Any notable decrease in battery life? My Diamond's battery life is crap already, I'd hate to make it worse. Anyone use this enough to make an educated guess on battery life effects?
