I had looked at that program before, but never tried it for some reason.

I just installed it & used it on my way home from work. For a free program, that is really very good. It gives spoken directions which is nice. It had no aerial views in my area (unlike Google maps) & the 3D maps suck, but the 2D maps are really really nice.

The route it gave me was not what I would have chosen (& totally different then Google maps or CoPilot 7 which both route basically the same way), but it wasn't a bad route.

One thing I noticed is, if I purposefully took a wrong turn to see how it would reroute, it always tells me to make a U-turn at first which CoPilot Live or the NAV built into my truck rarely do if there is another route ahead to take.

At one point, the reroute would have taken me through a very residential area where the speed limit is only 15-20 MPH even though there where two other faster routes it could have taken.
