Have you tried deleting it just after a soft reset? There may be an app in the background using the file and that's why it doesn't allow you to delete it.

Darn!! I just tried that, but it still gives me the same message. I just don't understand what program could possibly be using it. I've never come across a file that Total Commander couldn't delete. It's only taking up like 82kb, but it's still annoying to me. I'm kind of anal about having stuff on my phone I don't use...ya know? Well, thanks for the help, anyway!

You never know, but have you tried looking under Settings -> Remove Programs?
I also know that iLauncher offers a safe mode that may be useful to delete this file. Or maybe see if the file itself is loaded onto memory with an app like SK Tools or MemMaid so you can kill the process and delete it. You never know... |
