Move start menu to bottom

wow .i really want this. i hate having to reach way across my phone with my thumb.
plus, when i close certain apps from the bottom menu i end up clicking links on my
soft buttons on my today screen so i wish they were gone.

UPDATED ROM's DESERVE THEIR OWN THREADS!
that way we dont' see old problems discussed uselessly at the beginning of
the roms thread. All the mods have to do is move the previous version
to a retired area. Is that too much to ask?
