Assigning an icon

Hi i'm a newb.

I'm running RlToday w/ a skin i found and i'm trying to assign an icon to a program but nothing shows up on the home screen. I can click the blank area and it will run the program but there is no icon.

What can i do?

I'm using tdLaunch for my today screen shortcut icons (have no experience with RL). None the less, I suspect the tutorial that did the trick for me just might be helpful for you too. Check it out, here:
