Re: Where does WP store the radar URL's?????
That's right....unless you added them to the radars.txt document then they are not going to be listed anywhere for easy export.
However, if you select your city and hit edit. Then select Weather Images. That will bring up a list of your image URL's. Then select one image name and that will open up an options window that will display the URL. You'll have to do that for each image. late, Coz

Re: Where does WP store the radar URL's?????
I just made a radar.txt file with my image urls and overwrite the original. I keep a backup of it on my storage card.

Or, you might be able to copy (via ActiveSync) or beam the WP dll's (and any other important files) from one phone to the other. late, Coz Last edited by CozBoogie; 09-11-2008 at 06:30 PM. |

Re: Where does WP store the radar URL's?????
The radar images that you can select, in the settings for the city you are editing, are located in the radar.txt file. If the radar image you want to add is not in the radar.txt file you can enter it manually, which you already know because that is what you did. When you save the image or click ok the image url, name, order, purge minutes, and update minutes are stored in the registry.
HKCU/Software/Marsware/WeatherPanel/Cities/<name of your city>/Radar/<name of your radar map> One of the values is called URL. I would recommend exporting the HKCU/Software/Marsware/WeatherPanel/ key to a file then copying that from one phone to the other and import. |
