weatherpanel question

i am using the samsung widget plugin and cannot use it with anything else, not even UL. How can i launch weatherpanel instead of from the today screen

I couldn't get the widget to work in UL either (it kept telling me "the plug-in is already active" but not displaying anything)

I absolutely LOVE UL & have weather panel running in its own tab there, so I finally gave up on the widget & deleted it.

I would also like to run WP (not on today all the time) without running UL..
can this be done with mortscript??

I tried to cross this same bridge about a year ago. All my research let to the fact that weatherpanel is a plugin only and could not be run stand alone. If someone figures out something different, I would be thrilled.
