You can share photos and video using Media > Send.

Kinoma Play even supports something we call "cross-social sharing", which means you can share directly from one social media service to another (something no other software can do). For example, you can share a photo you're currently admiring on Flickr via Twitter/Twitpic.

Re: Kinoma media player

I just got Kinoma Play the other day and like what I see so far. I am a heavy Orb user (not on my phone yet, only with my computers and iPod Touch for the moment). I primarily use Orb to stream XM Radio and record different internet streams to listen at a later time.

In the Kinoma Play Orb app, it is a little challenging to find the "Recorded Radios" on Orb. Is this something I need to enable to see this easier?

I also have not figured out how to stream the Internet Radio Favorites (primarily XM channels) that I have created using Kinoma. If I log into Orb through PIE, the stream opens Windows Media Player and not Kinoma even though I have wma files associated with Kinoma in the Advanced Settings App. How can I get to the Internet Radio Favorites through Kinoma or have Kinoma open when I click a stream in PIE?

Thanks in Advance!

Charles would you consider making a small pre loader for Kinoma. The load time on my touch pro is a little to long for a quick sound file or view of a pic. I always assign my images and sound files to a faster loading program. I also think this would be helpful down the line as Kinoma and pocket pc's continue to advance, slower handsets will still have a speedy load time. The start up time doesn't bother me as much if I'm settling in to watch a movie or listen to a play list.

Oh and it massively needs a pre-amp feature.

If you turn the "automatic" scanning of media in the Library settings to manual,if you haven't already, it loads much faster.

.

Why would you use KP to watch a movie??

I have 3-4 apps that will play a movie & KP gives by far & away the worst playback of any of them with no hardware accelleration...........(heck, WMP beats KP hands down in this category)

If you download the advanced features app you can decide what types of media Kinoma will "take over" its pretty easy.

Give it a shot .

Hahaha You caught me! I don't, I was just using that as an example. I've been using the player that costs the same, but has more advance features and supports more formats... But as always John you make an excellent point. To be completely honest, I reduced my KP usage to browsing youtube and flickr. If I'm not wearing headphones I can't really hear Kinoma very well at all.

"Get Apps" -> "Advanced Settings" -> (scroll down) "Install"
Then it will appear in "Apps"
