This app has much that needs to be corrected before it is worth $30....

You and he appear to have different concerns. Your concerns are that of video play such as h264 etc. IMO this is a valid concern as KP is severly lacking in that area.

His concerns are more about changelogs , customer service and generally commenting ON HIS turf. He has an issue with Kinoma posting here whereas I find it a good thing.

Actually, I'm not sure if you have been reading my posts but I haven't complained about the software at all. In fact, if you were familiar with my posts in general, you would be aware that I have praised this software on multiple occasions. However, if I feel the need to complain about the software at any point, I certainly will.

The nature of my complaints in this thread are regarding product support.

Basically you are railing against their policy and I dont think they are going to change, especially because you are a lone voice in the kinoma play wilderness. Its also not that I disagree with you that a changelog would be nice, but I think the way you are going about it is all wrong.

You haven't read a thing I have written, and I would ask that you stop trying to represent me, at this point.

I think it's great that Kinoma is posting here because I can finally get my message across where I have not had any success on their forum.

Represent you? I am not representing you whatsoever. I am simply commenting on your recent posts blasting Kinoma. I do apologize for suggesting that you denigrated the software whereas you were actually attacking the company.

Awesome app, wish I had known about it sooner. I love it! Seriously, I'd like to pimp-slap everyone who knew about this app and didn't tell me about it. :p

Now everyone line up...
