I am glad I got away from the default mailer and am now using FlexMail - no problems at all with POP or IMAP Push.

sprint worked for me. I chose this version over seven because it seems ot have problems right now. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=69658

I'll post back if I get problems with it.
