Software to track workout information?
so i am starting this goal of working out beginning next week, i was just wondering if anyone could recommend any good software for the ppc (i have the vogue) to keep track of my workouts (type of workout, resistance, and reps).
any recommendations? (preferably freeware) thanks

not freeware but I find it very helpful and it syncs with the desktop - MySportTraining. See vidaone.com.

MySportTraining is where it is at...check out the jogging plug in w/ the gps tracker...
