I'm gonna say SPB Mobile Shell 2.0 and SPB Diary, as well as iContact. I use them daily, and quite frequently. There's trials available, but requires a key after 15 days for the SPB software. They make touch only browsing so much easier, and display a ton of information efficiently.

this is my absolute favorite too but for some reason each time i do a soft reset all my contacts that i had placed there disappear and i have to reselect them! so annoying

The coolest thing you can do with your PDA
 

Since I bought my pda, I have found many programs that just make me say wow you can do everything on this thing. But the one program that was just like the best thing ever was when I loaded GView. A DVR security camera program that allows me to see my camera's live on my pda. Below is a link to a video screen shot of my XV6800 running GView2.

Have you used Remote Desktop?? I love it for accessing my office computer. I seem to have picked up a habit though of just saving every cab file I run into.. never know when I might need one. :)
