Speech to Text SMS

Does anyone know of any applications that allow you to dictate a text message (Speech to Text)? This would be great for all those people that like to text while driving.....

I haven't heard anything that didn't sound like my grandparents friend who had the old cancer kazoo.....or like ned from southpark...
