many people have a problem with shantz today changer.to make it work you have to first install a software called theme master.that can change the them for you every one day.plus that even makes shantz today changer start working.so u can either change just the wallpaper or the theme depending on what you want to do...hope this helps..i had the same problwm on my xperia and now i got bhoth working..

This is from Microsoft I have used it often. It installs a theme maker on your pc and it also installs a theme changer on your phone. It is a today plug in. Works good.
 Just remove the .zip off it and click on it it is a .msi file.
