In alot of states it is not illegal to record the call, if at least on of the parties involved agrees to be recorded (ie. you).

It was answered multiple times. I would suggest trying the programs out before calling CS.

Correct. It's perfectly legal in most states (39 of 50). Don't listed to poor advice given earlier in the thread.
