Skyfire works fantastically for browsing media/flash rich sites, and loads pages 10 times faster than Opera Mobile, but I do wish I could get Flashlite 3.1 in particular to work on my device.
I don't think it's going to work with WM6. Even the older builds of 6.1 won't run it.

I'm getting the same problem I've always had with Opera. In landscape mode on my titan I start to type and then it goes back to fullscreen when using the address bar. Or when trying to use a search box on a page I can get one letter typed then the input moves and I wont be able to type anymore.

Re: (*[Sep-10-08]* Omnia Opera 9.5 Build 1957- *Flash Working*

Anybody else having the following problems? I'm on 2392 on a Vogue with OMJ's custom Bell ROM:

1. When typing in a text box that is wider than the screen, the screen won't move to the right as you type. The text will trail off the screen, I'm still typing but I can't actually see it b/c it's off the screen. No matter where I pan and click, it jumps back to the left side of the text box. (This seems to be a new problem for 2392?)

2. This problem I've always had. Sometimes I can't click on links using the touch screen. I might touch it 20 times and maybe it will load the link. Refreshing the page sometimes helps. Some sites seem to do it worse than others, but it's done it for me on many different sites. Usually I resort to moving around using the hard buttons, and many times I just say "screw it" on the link and move on. Very frustrating.

3. I've never been able to control very well where the screen pans to when I zoom in. But what REALLY kills me is that when I hit "back" the screen just goes wherever it wants too. For instance, if I'm looking at a message board and I click on the first thread in the list, read it, then hit "back" I will probably end up half way or further down the page and have to pan back up to get to the second thread.

Any of the older versions not have these problems? Or anything else I should be trying?

Re: (*[Sep-26-08]* Diamond Opera 9.5 Build 2392- *Flash Working* Zoom enabled

Somebody help me out here. What build should I be using on my Vogue to where I can actually enter text into text boxes worth a crap?

I was using 2392 and liked it, except that the text box was always wider than the screen and I could not see what/where I was typing.

Switched to 1957 as people said it was "best"; as I enter text, there is a huge lag. I can't type more than literally one letter per second.

the only problem i see with this build is that when i touch play or anything that has to do with the video playing or that needs to be playing the keyboard pops up and pushes everything out of the way. anyone else have this problem?

otherwise it rocks!

So nobody else has the problem with 2392 where the text boxes position themselves so you can't see anything that you are typing?
