Did you read my previous post? There is no connection between Outlook running on your computer and your mobile device *unless* it is in an activesync connection with it. Changing settings on Outlook will not make any difference since your mobile device talks directly to the Exchange front-end server while it is connected via your provider's wireless data plan.
