File Save Dialog like SpB Pocket Plus

The only useful thing to me about Pocket Plus 4 is the file save dialog feature.

Is there an alternative program that does pretty much the exact same thing (allows any programs to save or open a file anywhere on your phone or memory card, not just specific or root folders)?

I hate installing this just for that.
