vga or qvga?

I have a HTC Touch from Bell and I want to install opera 9.5 but don't know if I install the VGA or the QVGA? Which one do I need?

Dont listen to previous post, the HTC Touch is a QVGA (320x240 pixels) device, VGA is a 640x480 pixel device like the new diamond. It does matter which one you use.
