Request - Can someone make a cab file for me?

I would like a cab file made that will install several already made cabs, copy a number of files to the Windows folder, copy a tsk to the windows folder and set it as the current theme, import a number of registry settings to optimize ROM for speed and efficiency, followed by a soft reset.

I am very desperate. I downloaded half a dozen programs and read more than a dozen different tutorials on how to make a cab file but cannot seem to figure it out for the life of me.

Here is a list of all of the files I need built into one single click simple cab installer:

1 - HTC.Home.v2.1.1005.722.Directory.And.Brightness.Fi x.schen.cabAudioManagerWM6.cab
2 - Assisted GPS Hack.cab
3 - googlemaps-handango.cab (newest version)
4 - HTC Wait Animation.cab
5 - AudioManagerWM6.cab

6 - Replacement images for the Dialer, Comm Manager, and Random Access
7 - Copy virsir_gps.dll to the Windows folder
8 - Copy htc_default.tsk to the Windows folder and set it as the current theme
9 - Import and change the following registry entries to be as they are shown below:

This is intended to be a "Touch Service Pack" for ghettofreeryder's v700 ROM as he never released a HTC themed ROM, this will transform the Vista ROM to have the HTC appearance.

I understand that I am asking a lot and that this is a lot of work but I am very desperate for help and I figure this is a good challenge for anyone who wants to hone their skills when it comes to making cab files.

I would be EXTREMELY grateful to the person(s) that are willing to help me out.
