Re: Help finding basic launcher

Launcher is a Today screen add-on for PocketPC's. It adds an icon bar, much like Windows's Quick Launch bar. You can place as many applications (screen space permitting) to it's list as you wish simply by copying link files into the Launcher folder, and launch the applications with one tap.

Re: Help finding basic launcher

I got it all figured out. I created a .dll for each icon using GConverter 5.0. Also, learned that the icon index changes as it is moved from one folder to another. For an example, a certain icon had an index of -349 when grouped with others in a zip file. After creating the .dll for the same icon, the index changed to 0. After finding that out, the rest just fell into place
