which is better

which is better ultimate launch or spb mobile shell? and does mobile shell need pocket plus or is it just a good addition? also, which is easier to and has more customizations? i want to know because i was planning one getting one of them.

jethro_static hit the nail on the head... it is absolutely user preference. I have used all of them, and claunch, and they all have their pros and cons.

To me, Ultimate Launch was a little more difficult to initially setup, but it probably has the most capabilities.

spb Mobile Shell was also fairly lengthy to setup fully but also has a lot of additional plugins that are cool and is overall a good app. It does not require Pocket Plus but that is a cool addition.

cLaunch is also a pretty good solution, though it has been at least a few months since I looked at that one, so I wouldn't be able to speak too well on that one. I remember it was pretty cool, and free is free.

Anyway, I would recommend that you you install them all, one at a time, and try them each out. And give each a fair amount of time in configuration and let them each run on your PPC for a couple of days. That way you really have a chance to check each of them out fully and get a real idea of their capabilities.
