Well, I myself noticed in some cases that if the "W" in wallpaper is not capitalized, that can even cause conflicts since it's the registry looking for excat names to send to S2U2.

This may or may not work for you.

even with my vogue i have yet to have a .gif work for the wallpaper, so ive given up on trying to make it work

That's really odd guys.

I'll see if I can try and find a solution to this.

EDIT: I just went into S2U2 configuration and changed the wallpaper selection to "Wallpaper.gif", put a file named "Wallpaper.gif" into the gfx folder and it worked.

Can one of you post a gif that you're trying to use in S2U2?

Hmmm, have you tried putting a file somewhere, for instance in your "my documents/my pictures" folder and then going in the registry to

HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/A_C/S2U2/Wallpaper

and changed the string to the name of the file and it's folder root?
