does anyone know why in the world my wmp would stop working all together.. i cant even open the app. or delete it to reinstall. so can anyone help me out with this????

you tried start > programs > Windows Media Player? in case you did already, you can hard reset your device, but back up your contacts and custom setups brfore you proceed with this as a last resort.
