Iphone style scrolling in file explorer? Browsers?

I see there are a lot of iPhone themes.. but are there any programs that allow scrolling by simply flicking my thumb across.. Kinda like the TouchFlo.. but one that works globally on all programs instead of having to use the scroll bar? Like in FileExplorer or browsers or the program list, etc.

other than Ftouchflo i dont believe there are any other programs that can provide finger scrolling on a system wide level. u can however config ftouchflo with schaps ftouchflo config program to be more like thumb flicking.

s2u2 and s2v both come to mind for supporting iPhone type finger flicking scrolling...

Where does S2U2 enable finger-scrolling besides its settings screen?
