I tried it, but I get an error saying:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T-STRING in
/home/otainstall/domains/otainstall.com/public_html/index.php on line 531

Using Opera Mini I got this after entering this password; with PIE I got it on loading the site.

Great idea with the disclaimer, it's now on the front page before people enter.

Also you are more than welcome to upload your cabs to the site. After I see what kind of content is getting uploaded I can start filtering it into better categories (Having one 'Programs' category is going to get unwieldy).

Another idea...

For the downloads page, make the cells that contain the dl links a different color than their descriptions

A lot of good ideas coming and also some quick changes being made! I would suggest a search feature, to look for something particular by keyword and/or category. Also, a way to view a quick list of what CABs are in each category.

I would seriously offer to help out but I am a .NET kind of guy... I suck at PHP

Also, the ability to signup for an account of our own. That and have each upload marked as who uploaded. This is good for individual user recognition as well as helping you to weed out the people uploading pirated/virus infected stuff..

Are you using Dreamweaver by any chance? If you are, I could help you out if you get stuck on something. Also, if you need some graphic design/optimizing I could do it in Photoshop =]
