Re: SPB Screen Capture Software

Just curious what button everyone uses to map to this software? I tried using AEButton Plus to map the side button for a "quick press" and couldn't get it to work. I think it worked with a long press but it also launched the notes function.

Edit: Another thing I don't understand is the whole "delay" thing. What is the purpose of that? Are you supposed to hit the capture button and then scroll through and find the screen you want to capture during the delay and then it will capture the screen after the delay is up?

If that's the case, that sounds like a pretty strange way of doing things.

I used QuickTake on my Centro. You mapped a "capture" key, enabled quicktake, and then used the capture key to take an immediate screenshot. After you got your screenshot, you disabled Quicktake and your capture key went back to it's normal function. Turn QuickTake on, capture screen, turn Quicktake off. Seems like a much better way of doing things unless I'm misunderstanding the whole "delay" feature in all of these WinMobile screen capture apps.
